Courage

7th Post
Good Afternoon everyone! I've had one crazy hell of a weekend so please forgive my delay in this post. I hope all of you are well this Monday. The topic I've been wanting to discuss is courage. I came across this topic earlier on today after coming back home from a morning jog and I thought to myself I have to share it with all of you. For somebody to have courage it shows the bravery, confidence and strength somebody is willing to face at any moment in time. This can include fear, danger, difficulty, pain and distraught. Sometimes disapproval and negligence can lead to one not having the courage to do things. As a child I never use to particularly like eating vegetables or anything green but having the courage from my mother and my father to do so uplifted my confidence to eat them. If I didn't have the courage to eat my vegetables I'm sure I would have been a very unhealthy child. What i'm trying to say is this would have leaded me into never having the courage to do things on my own every living day. Everyday I wake up and manage to fuel myself up with courage. So this morning I had gone for a jog to the GP (I hardly jog)... Going to the GP is what I've been dreading for a while now... I got a check up and it was filled with positivity. For the past few days I have been having a loss of appetite I never use to eat properly it was so bad I was so close to having a fainting experience. I hardly sleep so this wasn't doing me any favours also. Occurring nose bleeds are not very pleasant neither. So today my mother booked me an appointment to see the doctors which I hate doing ( I think I'm superwoman) lol! I picked up the courage to go to my appointment and it wasn't so bad after all. I was panicking for no reason how embarrassing! Lol. So the moral of the DLive Perspective is to eat your veggies they are not that bad guys lol, wake up fearless and pluck up the courage all the time no matter what. Anyway I'm going to eat some ice cream I think I deserve it. See yah! Stay tuned for more of the DLive Perspective....

Party Night

6th Post
Hey onlookers, humans, haters and four legged furry friends just a quick post before I get ready, put my dancing shoes on and shake my bootayy! I'm feeling really good and I'm in a party mood! So i'm going to shake a leg tonight with my partner in crime hehehe. I'm indecisive on what to wear at the moment but i'm sure I'll make something work somehow. Me and Christina (one of my close friends) are planning on making it a night to remember. We hardly get the time to hang out with each and have a girly fun festive time seeing as we are both busy most days, but I'm so happy my baby girl came to visit this weekend. No particular message i'm trying to preach today but what I do know is that sometimes in life its nice relax, have fun and just forget the stresses of another day. Always make time to be with your special ones, live life and appreciate every second of the memorable moments. These little moments mean the most and stay with you forever. In another 10 years time me and Tina will look back at this day and laugh at the crazy dancing and possibly the wacky drunken guy at the bar hahaha. The moral of the DLive Perspective today is "To always keep hold of your memorabilia" I'm sure it will be worth while... DAMN! I can't believe time is going so fast I've got to get ready! Wish me luck with the booze I'm sure I'll be alright... Well maybe lol. Stay tuned for more of the DLivePerspective...

Risk Taking

5th Post
"If you don't take risks you'll have a wasted soul" - Drew Barrymore
Take Risks? What do you mean take risks? Well if you take the time to listen I will explain. By taking risks I do not mean run across the road and play duck duck goose, I'm not persuading you to go and play with the kitchen knife or do anything extremely rational (some of you maybe) lol but yes, what I DO mean is to be inventive. First thing you need to ensure you do is think and allow the mind to process things. Secondly get an idea and plan it out, do it and don't look back. After this conclude and think back to whether it was worth it. Allow yourself to decide on when to do it again. Then lastly repeat and keep going... Just to warn you there are precautions that you'll have to attain to succeed in taking risks. Be self aware, well equipped, determined and always ask for advice. A little quote from the DLive Perspective is to "always pull the rip cord before diving or you'll just crash" Be CAUTIOUS and alert guys it won't be easy but I know you can do it! Good luck! Advantages and Disadvantages

4th Post
Hey guys I hope you are all great! Next topic I chose to discuss is advantages and disadvantages. So today I was shopping with my mother, as all girls usually do and I came across a pair of boots that I was so eager to buy. I tried them on, I walked around the store with them on, I got sales assistants advice and I bought the handbag to match! But after giving it a second look I thought to myself... What is the advantage of me buying these pair of boots? It's not like I didn't have 4 pairs of boots at home already, it's not that I desperately needed them, it's not even that it was too expensive. I just thought to myself what is the advantage?? I mean don't you lot get it? Why do people go out there way to buy/purchase or do something that won't be an advantage to them? It's like driving into a car wash repeatedly without the bumper being dirty, after a while you are not gaining an advantage because the car wash isn't doing anything to the car or to your favour! By this it can lead to a disadvantage! The car could break down and loose it's gleam. What I am trying to tell you guys is to make use of what you have for the meantime and use it to your advantage before you branch into something else. I'm pretty sure the earth is still moving BE SMART! Don't walk into a wall! be wise! be aware of advantages around you and be proud of them. Remember the boss wants to know what you can bring to the table, the boss isn't interested to know if you can dismantle it. Quick quote from DLive Perspective is "use the tools in front of you not the ones behind you" stay tuned for more of the DLive Perspective...

Religion

3rd Post
I don't want to touch on this topic too much. But I want to give a brief insight on what religion is today. I see religion as a way people connect with each other in society, not only is it a belief in worship, but it is also a belief of controlling supernatural powers. Personally I wouldn't call myself religious and I don't always participate in church like festivities but I do know that there is a omnipotent/ruler of the Universe. Religion allows people to engage in faith and acceptance from the almighty. It also allows us to reach out to a confiding God about private matters, solemn requests or an expression of thanks and praise. In the world did you know there are hundreds of religions still being practiced today? The main ones being Christianity, Islam and Judaism. Religion is what keeps the world alive and reminds us of hope and fellowship. Religion is one big umbrella and under this you will have prophets, commandments, rules, sacrifices, languages and so much more! Sometimes as much as I respect religion I feel like religion never gets to the core. It can sometimes feel pressurising and also feel like some sort of chore. But if you go into depth and get an idea of what you are practicing now, then it would sooner make more sense until your face expression is like WOW. But for now I see religion as something you are forced into as a child but if you don't follow and understand vows and testimony's everything always seems mild. The moral of the DLive Perspective is to seek attention and research before understanding the concept of faith and religion! Oh and btw I'm Christian and I'm sure of it lol. Balance

My 2nd post'
I was scoping through Instagram today and I came across this beautiful image that represents the artistry of balance. My definition of balance is; To be steady, be in a upright straight position that holds something or someone together. Without balance there is no physique, no firmness and no stability. To gain that balance there needs to be an order of guidance from one thing leading to the next. It's almost like a puzzle, if not put together correctly it just simply won't work. To enable to gain that balance you need to be consistent and dependable. In the human body you have the head, the head carries the body and provides for it... But without the neck this wouldn't be possible. The neck itself carries the head and keeps it balance it also gives the head the faculty to manoeuvre such as to "turn left or turn right" The conception of balance is vital it's needed to survive and keeps life in place. This image displays what the man does for the woman and what the woman does for the man. I'm not in a relationship, but I do know that to have that balance he and she need to work together to keep the balance to have a loving stable relationship. The moral of the DLive Perspective is to stay steady and protect the backbone at all times. Stay tuned for more of the DLive Perspective...

2013

A new year a new beginning they say...
24 days into 2013 and I have decided to challenge myself and broaden my mind in depth. Why have I waited this long? My answer to that is that I believe that when the time is right for you to do something the mind, body and soul would authorize you to do it no matter what time of the year it is. Anyway just to start off my name is Paula! I really should have introduced myself from the beginning of this post but I wanted to be different, no harm in that right? Hehehe! I live in London, United Kingdom born and raised, London is known to be one of the most popular cities in the world. Hmm... a slight bit of exaggeration but I do appreciate this country and it's history. My native country is Nigeria it is located in West Africa... Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa and most importantly it is where my family are from. As for my age? I'm 19 years old! I'm young but my mind has the ability to act as a 50 year old in some occasions  Do you want to know 5 facts about me? Well I guess I am going to have to tell you because you are reading this anyway so you'll just have to be forced to listen. 1, I love my family 2, I hate mushrooms 3, Music lives in me 4, I study Journalism 5, I am very in demand person. There you go 5 facts! There is plenty facts to know about me but let's keep it minimal you never know who's watching ;). I would say I live in a bubble a very big bubble that's just waiting to pop but they are few adjustments that needs to be made before it does. In life you have to allow your mind to differentiate what is real and what is a dream. Reality woke me up this morning and thank God it did, by this I mean if I didn't have the encouragement from myself and the big guy above us I wouldn't have stepped up to prove what I am worth. I'm too grown now to be living  fairy tales instead... Why not be cautious of what's real and live a fairy tale when you've hit the peak of success? YES! That is certainly the plan! To get what you want you need to work hard... blood, sweat and tears will be the side effects so always be prepared for the struggle (I am not saying it is going to be easy) You also need to work smart... intellectualism, capability and courage is important this helps the mind to develop and enhance the power of strength. The moral of the DLive Perspective is be aware of what you want, set a target and don't wait for the beginning of a new year to do so. Perseverance comes from within... it just takes confidence boost to build up competence and skill. Anyway I don't want to ramble on too much but I hope you had a little insight of what i'm about stay tuned for more of the DLive Perspective...
